Terms of Service

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use. 


Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. 


Refund Policy

Every item you purchase from Healing Bliss Botanicals is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Whether you made your purchase online, by phone or by mail, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item(s), here’s how to do it: 1. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order, to notify us of any damaged/broken items, missing items or wrong items. You should phone or email us so we can correct these problems immediately.
2. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return it to us for your choice of a full refund or an exchange. Return the item(s) to us by prepaid mail; we suggest you insure the shipment for your protection. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and include the original Packing Slip or Receipt and Instructions whether you want a refund or exchange. If the returns do not include these items, you may experience a delay in the processing of your return. Please note: Damage claims made 15 days after date of invoice will not be 
accepted. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-250-338-8872 for 
a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to shipping your product back. Returns 
will not be accepted without a RA#. Write your RA# on the outside of the box and 
include a copy of your invoice. Healing Bliss Botanicals will accept returns 
within 30 days of invoice date. In order to receive full credit, all returns 
must be free of price tag damage and free of any markings. 
Backorder Policy In order to provide the freshest possible products, we strive to ship every order within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order. If the delay will be longer for some reason, we will contact you and give you the expected shipping date. If we are back ordered more than 2 weeks you have the option of a full refund. 
Shipping Policies All items are shipped standard ground via Canada Post or UPS, unless an upgrade is requested. Standard shipping rates apply. Damaged Goods Policy Goods Damaged in shipping will be immediately replaced. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-250-338-8872 for 
a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to shipping your product back. Returns 
will not be accepted without a RA#. Write your RA# on the outside of the box and 
include a copy of your invoice. Please note: Damage claims made 15 days after date of invoice will not be
